How effective physiotherapy is lies in the accuracy of the assessment. Revival Physiotherapy carries out detailed initial assessments in order to provide a diagnosis and realistic, achievable outcome goals / recommendations.
This can be coupled with education, home care and exercises.
Following the assessment, hands-on physiotherapy treatment will be provided which can include:
- Soft tissue techniques

- Joint mobilisation techniques
- PNF, passive and active-assisted movements, stretches

Occupational Health services
Caroline has worked within a wide range of Occupational Health Physiotherapy settings since 2002 in both the public and private sectors. Caroline is a member of ACPOHE (Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Occupational Health and Ergonomics). Caroline has worked as a Senior Physiotherapist providing:
- Occupational Health Physiotherapy Assessment (fitness for work / injury management)
- Sickness management for musculoskeletal conditions or injuries
- DSE / workstation assessment - Compliance Assessments and Advanced Musculoskeletal DSE Assessments
- Ergonomic assessment
